A Hong Kong institution, dim sum embodies both Cantonese cuisine and tradition. Part of the ritual of 'yum cha' (drink tea), these bite sized delights are served with tea. Enjoy a dim sum demonstration, learning all about the different varieties, which are steamed, fried or baked, and how they are handcrafted and served. You’ll dine on the delicious results for lunch.
Sunrise at the Taj Mahal
Rise early and travel through the relative peace of the twilight to stand before the fabled Taj Mahal as the sun rises. Watch this ethereal icon emerge from the dawn mist, the sun's rays dancing across its marbled surface, shifting through a spectrum of colours in the most magical way.
