Day 2 : Amalfi Coast (Agerola): Sentiero Degli Dei & Positano

Day 3 : Amalfi Coast (Agerola): Pompeii Tour With Vineyard And Mt. Vesuvius

After breakfast take a transfer to Pompeii and meet with the local guide. Entering through Porta Marina, you're introduced to the city's rich history before stepping into the heart of public life at the Forum, where ruins of government buildings and temples stand. You explore the well-preserved public baths, imagining the social scenes in the frigidarium, tepidarium, and caldarium. The grand Amphitheatre and nearby theatres reveal Pompeii's vibrant entertainment culture. Walking through the streets, you visit the luxurious House of the Faun and the Villa of the Mysteries, showcasing intricate mosaics and frescoes. After breakfast transfer to the Port of Castellammare and meet with the local guide. After a short ride on a local Hydrofoil, you'll find yourself in the charming Capri Town, to explore its narrow streets, boutique shops, and vibrant piazzas, such as the world known “Piazzetta”. With the local funicular we’ll reach the picturesque Piazzetta, the heart of the island’s social life. The tour also includes a chairlift ride up Monte Solaro, the highest point of the island, where you’re rewarded with spectacular vistas. You will have free time for lunch and shopping before we’ll take the Hydrofoil back to Castellammare and transfer back to the campus.

Day 6 : Amalfi Coast (Agerola): Naples With Pizza, Coffee And Sfogliatella

Pick up from the hotel and travel to Naples for an urban walking tour. The walk begins with a magical and mysterious place: Castel Sant 'Elmo. Built between 1340 and 1343 under Queen Joanna of Anjou, now a museum, it is located on the Vomero hill overlooking the entire Gulf of Naples. From here the view over the entire city is spectacular and there is no better place to get to know the city. After the visit, a slow descent along the Pedamentina, a staircase between dream and reality. With its 414 steps, connecting the Vomero hill to the historic centre of the city, through a charming and picturesque location. It ends in the Spanish Quarter, up the stairs of San Pasquale and then begins to fall through the alleys of the city. Once entered in the District there will be a route to follow, but the slope of the cobblestones will take the group into the historic centre. Continuing our walk, we’ll reach the Monumental Center of Naples, to explore the city's rich history and stunning architecture. You'll stroll through the heart of Naples, visiting iconic landmarks like the Royal Palace, San Carlo Opera House, and the historic Spaccanapoli Street. Along the way, you'll soak in the vibrant local culture, sample delicious Neapolitan cuisine, and discover the captivating stories and legends that have shaped this historic city. We’ll pay a visit to the Toledo Metro Station (Art Metro), considered one of the most beautiful subway stations in the world. After a long walk, we’ll enjoy one of the symbols of Naples: the Pizza. Neapolitans are proud to say that only in Naples you can taste the real and original Pizza. From the Pizzeria, after a short walk, we’ll reach the Bar Gambrinus, an iconic historic café known for its elegant Belle Époque decor and rich cultural heritage, it has been a gathering place for artists, writers, and intellectuals for over a century. Here we’ll enjoy a very tasty Neapolitan Espresso and a Sfogliatella (ricotta cheese-filled pastry), in a refined and timeless atmosphere. This café is a living testament to Naples' café culture and a place where you can savour both the taste of Italy and its intellectual spirit. You will have some free time before returning to the campus for dinner.

Day 7 : Amalfi Coast (Agerola): Cooking Class At The Campus

After breakfast at the hotel relax and enjoy free time and get ready for an exclusive experience: the Cooking Class. In this tailor-made cooking class experience you will have the opportunity to discover Italian food and local regional fairs through the teachings of well-known Chefs. Classes are held in the property kitchen; all participants will be in charge of their cooking station and will have a Chef to guide them through the preparations. We’ll learn some secrets of Traditional Neapolitan Cuisine: get your hands dirty preparing the most representative local dishes using exclusively local products such as Fior di Latte di Agerola or Pomodorini del Vesuvio.
