During summer, you can also visit an incredible ice grotto, giving you a unique insight into the history of this 1000-year-old glacier. Hike across the glacier, stopping at Austria’s highest mountain restaurant with breath-taking mountain views ever present. The summit platform protrudes nine metres beyond the cliff edge, regarded as one of the most beautiful viewing platforms in the world.
