Tour Overview

On our Spain, Portugal, and Morocco tour, experience the rich history and distinct cultures of these three glorious countries. You'll overnight in Madrid, Seville, Granada, and the Costa del Sol in Spain; Coimbra and Lisbon in Portugal; and Rabat, Marrakesh, and Fez in Morocco. The tour starts in Madrid, where you’ll discover the main sights with a local guide. On the way to Portugal, visit Avila, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, with its ancient, fortified towers and walls, and beautiful Salamanca. The Portuguese pearls you’ll discover on this affordable tour are Coimbra, Obidos, Fatima with its famous Sanctuary, and the capital, Lisbon. Cross the Strait of Gibraltar to Morocco on the African continent by ferry to step back in time in Rabat, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and Morocco's capital. Fez is still the cultural and spiritual hub, and its centerpiece is the Medina, colorful maze of streets with the lively bazaar and exotic palaces, madrasas, fondouks, residences, mosques, and fountains dating back to the 13th-14th centuries. The red city of Marrakesh remains a tapestry of ramparts, mosques, palaces, gardens, vibrant public squares, and souks (markets). You’ll get to know this fascinating city with a local expert on the included sightseeing tour. Stop in Casablanca, Morocco's westernmost city. Its name still resonates because of the 1942 classic film with Humphrey Bogart and Ingrid Bergman. Once back on the European continent, you will love the included guided visit to Granada's legendary Alhambra complex*, a lavish palace and fortress built by Moorish kings in 889 AD, and you will appreciate it even more after having visited Morocco. These are just some of the many highlights on this comprehensive and affordable Spain, Portugal, and Morocco tour. It's a memorable budget vacation for value-minded travel lovers.

28-Sep-2022

We have just returned from a Cosmos tour- Gourmet Tuscany. We stayed in Montecatini Terme and traveled from there to many wonderful places, in towns and the fabulous Tuscan countryside. We visit Vineyards for wine tastings, farms for cooking lessons and lunches and dinners in authentic Italian restaurants. All assisted by a friendly, informative tour director. First class holiday

Excellent in every respect

08-Dec-2022

I recently did a 2-week "best of Italy" tour with this company. Our guide, Daniella, was fantastic, the itinerary was excellent and they catered for my rather difficult dietary requirements really well. Really happy and will certainly book with them again

A wonderrful experience

09-Nov-2022

WE saw so much. The tour director Mladin was very knowledgeable and made the experience so enjoyable. The bus driver Paul was so nice and helpful. A couple of the hotels had no refrigerators to keep the water cold. We had to carry our own luggage to and from the rooms. There should have been porters to help us. Over all we had a great time.

Old South &Florida tour

27-Oct-2022

Great organisation, tour guide(Kris) and driver(Tony) who went extra mile and good group of people from all over world. The hotels were excellent in New Orleans and Nashville and very good in other cities. The itinerary was well thought out with visits to Gracelands and Grande ole Oprey topping the bill. We added 3extra nights in New Orleans (giving us 6nights) which was absolutely fab and would advise anyone doing this tour that they consider some extra nights to see and do as much as you can
